Summer Rides
As the summer gets near the end I just want to say I have been having alot of fun. I've taken Steves' DRZ 400 all the way to the top of Pikes Peek Colorado, at 14,110 feet. Just want to say thanks Steve for loaning it to me, I have had alot of good rides. Would like to welcome Mike to the group, sorry for the short day, I didn't plan on visiting the hospital, but not I am all up and better and will be riding with you shortly. To Steve congratulations on winning first place at Ohsweken Hare Scramble, way to go Nick for placing 17th. Hope to see everyone out in a couple of weeks till then keep the tires up straight. Pikes Peek! Awesome. I was there at the top of the peek many years ago as well, mind you we drove to the top. The air is thin up there. I can imagine how awesome it was to bike to the top. Some of those roads are pretty scary as you go up without a guardrail eh. Anyhow, cool. Glad you were able to experience it!!
